The weekly attendance to our sports facilities has the benefit of a gradual increase of specific knowledge fostering the practice of different sports and exercises which develop the motor, psychological and social aspects of the students throughout the school span.

It is the transition from simple games with simple rules to the most complex sports and sustained endurance that enhance the passage from individualism to team competitions.

Furthermore, discipline and sense of belonging are essential qualities greatly promoted by other activities such as camping, our school houses or “tribus”, and the sports competitions among schools.
